Basic Introduction to Crusher Roller Shaft Forgings | Forged Components | Factory Customization
Founded in 2011, Shandong Qingliang Mould Technology Co., Ltd. has 15 years of in-depth experience in forging manufacturing, and is a specialized enterprise focusing on the R&D, production and custom services of crusher roller shaft open-die forgings. Focusing on the harsh working conditions of heavy-duty crushing, high wear resistance and impact resistance in industries such as mining, metallurgical beneficiation, building materials and cement, construction waste treatment, and chemical raw material crushing, we provide crusher roller shaft open-die forgings with dense structure, torsion resistance, wear resistance and stable dimensions for roller crushers, double-roll crushers and toothed roll crushers. The products fully comply with JB/T 5000.8-2007 Heavy Machinery Forging Specifications and GB/T 699 Carbon Structural Steel Standards, balancing the impact resistance, wear resistance and long-term operational stability of the roller shafts, serving as a long-term supplier for many key crushing equipment manufacturing and mining machinery enterprises in China.
Performance Features of Crusher Roller Shaft Forgings, Forged Components & Factory Customization
Performance Features of Crusher Roller Shaft Forgings
Directional Forging + High Forging Ratio Forming
With a forging ratio ≥4.5, the raw materials are treated by electric furnace smelting + ladle refining, and subjected to multi-step drawing using the WHF forging method. The metal flow lines are continuously distributed along the axial direction of the roller shaft, the forging density is ≥99.8%, eliminating core porosity and inclusion defects, ensuring the overall torsion and impact resistance of the roller shaft from the billet stage.
Customized Heat Treatment + Wear Resistance Enhancement
Implementing exclusive heat treatment for different materials and working conditions: normalizing + tempering for carbon steel, overall quenching and tempering for alloy steel, and water toughening treatment for wear-resistant alloy steel. After forging, the forgings are straightened with special straightening tooling, with an internal stress elimination rate ≥98% and a roller body straightness ≤0.08mm/m, avoiding deflection during equipment operation.
Precision Pre-Machining of Roller Body
Precision rough machining is performed on the roller shaft connection parts and bearing mating positions, with a surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm, reserving allowances for finish machining and wear-resistant overlay welding, adapting to subsequent roller body wear-resistant layer processing and bearing assembly, reducing post-processing difficulties and assembly risks.
