Roller frame
The adjustable welding roller frame can adjust the center distance of the rollers through the reserved screw holes or lead screws to adapt to the change of the workpiece diameter. The drive adopts the cycloid pin gear reducer or the worm gear reducer, and it is driven by double motors.
According to the user's requirements, the rollers are available in three forms: rubber wheels, steel wheels, and steel-rubber combined wheels ; it can be controlled in conjunction with other equipment. This roller frame is mainly used for the welding, polishing, rubber lining, and assembly of cylindrical cylinders. It can also be used in conjunction with other tooling for the assembly and welding of cones and segmented non-uniform diameter rotating bodies.
