H550L Vertical Ring Winding Packing Machineis a novel ring-shaped metal winding machine specially designed and manufactured for metal ring-shaped items such as steel strips (e.g., bearings, steel strips, steel wires, steel rings, aluminum strips, etc.). The highlight is that it completely replaces the manual winding machine for packaging. It has a fast packaging speed, is easy to operate, greatly improves production efficiency, and reduces the labor intensity of workers. The packaging effect is neat. It can use multi-layer packaging paper for packaging, which can play the roles of dust prevention, moisture prevention, and protecting the product surface.
Winding packing machine control system:
· When the packaging is finished, the rotating ring will automatically position.
· The packaging ring body uses frequency conversion speed regulation, and the overlap degree of the winding tape can be adjusted according to the packaging requirements.
· The drag rollers and guard rollers in contact with the steel strip surface are all treated with polyurethane rubber coating.
· It is easy to operate, randomly displays the automatic working status, and has the function of displaying the fault content in Chinese.
· It uses Omron PLC programmable control.
· Touch-type human-machine interface display screen: As long as the outer diameter, inner diameter, and width of the steel strip are randomly input, the microcomputer system will automatically set the winding packaging length and number of turns.
· It has a labeling function, making the packaging more firm. The company brand can be printed to prevent counterfeiting.
