What is CIPP Liner
Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, is a modern-day trenchless solution for rehabilitating damaged underground drains, sewer and portal water lines without the need for excavation.
There are two type of CIPP liner, one is heat curing such as steam and hot water and another is UV curing( UV-CIPP liner).
The advantage of rehabilitating damaged pipe with CIPP liner is as follows:

CIPP Fiber Liner Production machine
With new technology to produce the CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) fiber liner hose. It equipped fully automatic dry liner production machine and wet(impregnation) liner production machine.
The dry liner consists material uncoiling frame, Aramid rope feeding unit, fiber glass matrix folding unit, leakage-proof fabric heat sealing and anti-light film heating sealing unit and folding unit.
The wet(impregnation) liner machine consists online fully automatic and high precision resin dosing and mixing system, fully automatic powerful vacuum system, ultra-flat impregnation and flatting system and automatic folding unit to ensure the high production speed, fully impregnation of fiber and resin, uniform thickness and lower resin consumption.
