The 4D-SY type (6.3 - 80MPa) electric pressure test pump is the latest series of products designed by the pressure test pump joint design group of the General Machinery Research Institute of the former Ministry of Machinery Industry. It has the characteristics of the old products, such as high degree of "standardization, serialization, and generalization", long service life, stable performance, flexible movement, and light weight. On this basis, a transmission device and a cross conversion device are added, so that the comprehensive technical indicators of this series of products fully meet the standard requirements. All kinds of performances are more stable and reliable, and it is safer and more convenient to use. At the same time, it achieves the effect of energy saving and power saving. In terms of product structure, a closed water tank is selected, which reduces the overall height of the machine and makes the appearance more compact and beautiful.
2. Applications
The 4D-SY type (6.3 - 80MPa) electric pressure test pump is mainly suitable for hydraulic tests of various pressure vessels, oxygen cylinders, pipelines, valves, steam boilers, etc., and is also a device for obtaining high-pressure liquid sources in new prestress processing technologies and laboratories.
This product is specially designed with clean water at 5° - 60°C, emulsion, and oil products with a viscosity not greater than 45mm²/s as the working medium. In the initial stage of the pressure test, it can quickly fill with liquid and increase the pressure to shorten the test time, and has a relatively large flow rate. When the pressure exceeds 1.6Mpa (this pressure can be adjusted down), in order to make the pressure test process proceed more smoothly, the flow rate will automatically decrease. Therefore, this product has two flow rates at high and low pressures and can automatically switch. Any pressure test within the rated discharge pressure can be carried out. The working environment temperature of this product is 5° - 60°C.
