First, after connecting all the pipelines, close the manual ball valve (Figure 2) on the pipeline connecting the fire extinguisher valve. Place the fire extinguisher on the weighing platform, turn on the power switch, and set the system pressure gauge to 12 MPa (If the system pressure exceeds 12 MPa, the high-pressure pump will stop running. This pressure has been set at the factory, and users do not need to set it again. If you need to reset it, you can refer to the meter setting method on the next page). Zero the weighing display, then set the weight of CO2 to be filled. Then open the valve of the CO2 cylinder and observe the reading of the system pressure gauge. When the reading of the system pressure gauge no longer changes, the pressure in the pipeline reaches equilibrium. Then press down and fix the valve of the CO2 fire extinguisher, open the control switch, and the high-pressure pump starts to work. CO2 is sucked in and discharged by the high-pressure pump in the filling machine, and is transported from the pump outlet to the fire extinguisher to be filled. During the first filling, since there is air or CO2 gas in the pipeline, it is easy to cause gasification when the high-pressure pump is running. Therefore, it is necessary to release the gas until liquid is discharged before starting the filling. After reaching the filling weight, the CO2 pump will immediately stop working. Close the manual ball valve (Figure 2) connecting the fire extinguisher valve, then release the handle of the fire extinguisher valve to close it. Finally, loosen and remove the joint A of the filling pipe (Figure 2) connecting the fire extinguisher, and then remove the filled fire extinguisher to complete the filling work.
