Especially for rubber hoses with an inner diameter of Φ102 or more, it is necessary to apply the lubricant once every 3 - 5 hoses (not too much each time).

1. Handling: The machine should be lifted by lifting rings for handling, and the bottom of the machine should bear the force. The machine body is not allowed to tilt. It is strictly forbidden to carry the ruler part.
2. Installation: The machine needs to be placed on a horizontal and stable foundation.
3. Oil injection: Before opening the chassis, unscrew the oil filler cap and add about 40 liters of clean anti - wear hydraulic oil to the oil tank (in winter: YB - N32; in summer: YB - N46).
4. Pipe connection: Install the two quick plugs of the hose assembly on the oil cylinder respectively. When installing the hose joints on the oil circuit block, the interfaces should be connected correspondingly. Reverse connection is strictly prohibited.
5. Power connection: Connect the power cord to the power supply specified by the machine. Start the motor briefly to observe the rotation direction. The rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the direction indicated by the oil pump label or be clockwise.
5. Check the ruler: The ruler is located on the front end cover of the oil cylinder (see the above figure), which is used to adjust the shrinkage amount of the crimping sleeve. Adjust clockwise to reduce the shrinkage; adjust counter - clockwise to increase the shrinkage.
6. Pressure adjustment: The pressure setting value during crimping is 25MPa, which is adjusted by the mold - closing overflow valve. The opening mold setting pressure is 6MPa, which is adjusted by the opening mold overflow valve. Adjust clockwise to increase the pressure, and adjust counter - clockwise to decrease the pressure. (It has been adjusted at the factory. Please do not adjust it casually.)

6. Both the mold closing and mold opening buttons are in the jog state. That is, when the button is pressed, the piston starts to move, and when the button is released, the movement stops.
