Axial Flow Fire and Smoke Exhaust Fan
1. Summary
1.1 HTF type axial flow fire and smoke exhaust fan, its basic form is axial flow, with high temperature resistant motor, equipped with a special motor cooling system, the product has been tested for high temperature resistance by the National Fire Control Equipment Supervision and Quality Inspection according to GA211-1999 "Fire and Smoke Exhaust Fan High Temperature Test Method", it can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes the medium temperature of 300°C, and operate continuously for 20 hours/time under the temperature condition of 100°C without damage, it be used for ventilation and smoke exhaust.
1.2 Product classification
According to the installation method: horizontal and roof type (W type).
According to air volume and air pressure: medium pressure type has M1 type, M2 type (double speed); high pressure type (the impeller is oblique flow type) H1 H2 type (double speed); low pressure type has L1, L2 type.
According to the speed regulation mode: single speed, double speed, variable speed ( frequency conversion motor, equipped with frequency conversion controller, to achieve stepless speed regulation, to adapt to different working conditions, it is recommended to adjust the frequency locked at 25-50Hz).
According to the process, it is divided into old type and new type. (The old type has an inner cylinder, the new type has inner cylinder), users need to indicate when ordering.
2. Working conditions
Working temperature: -20 60°C (can operate continuously);
High temperature resistance: 100°C (can operate continuously for 20 hours), 300°C (can operate continuously for 60 minutes humidity: <90%;
Medium condition: air (dust content does not exceed 100mg/m3); working power supply: three-, 380V/50Hz.
3. Processing technology
3.1 The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically and formed, the blades are stamped and then hydraulically formed, and the blades and the hub are welded and assembled into shape. The impeller is corrected for static dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 grade.
3.2 The flange of the outer cylinder is formed by overall turning and spinning.
