1. Overview

Our company has developed a dedicated energy-saving intelligent permanent magnet fan for tunnel construction with an automatic monitoring and control, which can achieve remote monitoring and automatic control of the tunnel fan, as well as frequency control through mobile terminals.
The intelligent control system for tunnel fans is based on the original fan control system, using cloud computing technology, big data technology, Internet of Things technology, intelligent control technology, and sensor technology to collect real-time data such as fan pressure air volume, wind speed, vibration speed, motor stator temperature, shaft temperature, on-site environmental temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide, and dust concentration, upload them to the platform and mobile terminals for real-time monitoring of fan status and data, and automatically feed back control of ventilation air volume by the intelligent control system, achieving energy-saving operation.
2. Characteristics of Energy-saving Intelligent Permanent Magnet Ventilator for Tunnel Construction
1) This series of fans uses a remote variable frequency control for permanent magnets, equipped with permanent magnet electric motors, which can greatly reduce the impact on the power grid and the demand for power supply capacity, reduce input power, and improve power.
2) According to the requirements for air volume and air pressure at different stages of tunnel construction, the appropriate air volume and air pressure can be supplied by adjusting the of the electric motor, achieving stepless speed regulation and saving electricity consumption. And it can be observed remotely through mobile phones at any time.
3) According to the different of the construction environment for air volume and air pressure, the parameters are adjusted to make a fan of one power operate under different powers, truly achieving multiple uses of one machine, thereby saving electricity and investment.
