Box-type Transformer Product Overview
The Euro-American style box-type transformer features a "ppe structure where the substation is closely integrated with high and low voltage equipment. The substation is exposed on three sides, providing good heat dissipation conditions, and the enclosure can parated from the high and low voltage equipment for convenient maintenance. The substation adopts a sheet-type oil tank, oil-free conservator, fully enclosed S11 series oil-immersed former, high and low voltage bushings, tap changer, oil level indicator, pressure relief valve, and drain valve, all of which are installed on the end plate of the high voltageartment body with a reasonable layout for easy observation and operation. Steel plates are used to separate the high voltage compartment and the low voltage compartment. The high voltage compartment, low voltage comp transformer are relatively independent while maintaining a complete box structure. The structure is compact, with a small volume and light weight. Distribution switchgear is installed on both the high voltage and the low voltage side.
Box-type Transformer Working Conditions
Ambient temperature not higher than 40oC, not lowthan -45oC;
Altitude: ≤1000M;
Average monthly temperature does not exceed: 30oC;
Average annual temperature does notexceed: 20oC; when the temperature is 25oC, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 95%, and the monthly average does not exceed 90%;
acceleration is not greater than 0.3g, vertical acceleration is not greater than 0.5g.
The installation environment is free from obvious pollution, explosivrosive gases, and dust;
The installation site should be free from severe vibration and impact, and should be installed on a concrete platform or other smooth, solid platform.
