The FBCDZ series (formerly the BDK series) fans are large-scale coal mine explosion-proof axial flow fans successfully developed in combination with the ventilation network parameters of coal mines in China. They have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and low noise. The static pressure efficiency of the product device is over 86%, reaching the leading level of main fans for mines in China. The materials used in this fan have passed the friction spark test conducted by the Testing Center of the Chongqing Branch of the China Coal Science Academy and meet the explosion-proof requirements. The explosion-proof performance of the whole machine has passed the explosion-proof inspection of the National Quality Testing Center for Explosion-proof Electrical Appliances. Main features: 1. In order to meet the resistance requirements of the coal mine ventilation network and ensure the efficiency of the ventilator, this machine adopts a counter-rotating structure. The two impellers rotate in opposite directions, which can eliminate the middle guide vanes and reduce the losses of the middle guide vanes, thus improving the fan efficiency. 2. By directly connecting the motor to the impeller, accidents caused by damage to the transmission device are avoided, and the energy loss of the transmission device is eliminated, improving the efficiency of the fan device. 3. The motors are all installed in the airtight covers inside the main air duct of the fan. The airtight cover has a certain pressure resistance, which can isolate the motor from the gas containing gas in the fan flow passage. At the same time, it also plays a certain role in heat dissipation. The airtight cover is equipped with two rows of streamlined air ducts, which are connected to the ground atmosphere through the main air duct, allowing fresh air to flow into the airtight device. At the same time, the air inside the cover can maintain a positive pressure state during the operation of the fan.

The static pressure efficiency of the fan device can reach over 86%, and the high-efficiency area is wide, ensuring that the efficiency of the main fan in the mine is over 75% in the three mining stages. It has reversed the situation of low operating efficiency of main fans in large mines in China and can save a large amount of electric energy. 5. The fan can reverse and reverse the air flow, and its reverse air volume can reach 70% of the forward air volume. There is no need to set up a separate reverse air duct, which has the advantages of saving infrastructure investment and fast air reversal speed. 6. The installation angle of the impeller blades can be adjusted, and the blade angle can be adjusted according to production requirements. This fan is specially designed, and its performance curve has no hump. It can operate stably under any network resistance. 7. This series of fans operates stably with small vibration. Both the fan and the diffuser can be installed on a flatbed truck with wheels and can operate continuously for a long time.
