Oil-immersed Transformer
Oil-immersed transformers eliminate the oil reservoir, using the corrugated tank body's fins as cooling elements. These finand contract with the increase and decrease of the transformer oil, isolating the transformer's interior from the atmosphere to prevent oil degradation and insulation moisture absorption and aging, thereby enhancing operational relity. The core of the oil-immersed transformer is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, effectively improving the distribution of magnetic flux density within the core and reducing noise and losses. The coils are wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-insulated wire) in cylindrical (or disc-type) structures, featuring uniform ampere-turn distribution, reasonablon structure, and strong short-circuit resistance. All fasteners inside the tank use anti-loosening nuts to prevent detachment during operation after long-distance transportation. The tank surface is with phosphating and coated with three-proof paint (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt spray-proof), making it widely used in harsh environments such as metallurgy,ing, and petrochemical industries.
Oil-immersed transformers comply with standards GB1094 "Power Transformers" and GB6451 "Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three-pOil-immersed Power Transformers." This product is mainly used in power system substations and user stations. It adopts the latest domestic scientific research achievements, featuring a novel structure, low losses small size, and strong short-circuit resistance.

Features of Oil-immersed Transformers
1. The transformer core is made of stacked cold-rolled silicon steeheets and is bound to ensure core compactness.
2. High and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper. For low voltage windings of 500kA and below, a double-layer cylindrical structure is adopted.
3. The transformer connection group is Dyn11, which reduces the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improves power suppl quality.
4. The transformer features a fully sealed structure requiring no maintenance.
5. The measured noise level is lower than the standard.
