1. Summary
The impeller of PYHL_14 series smoke exhaust mixed flow fan is welded on the hub to a conical twisted blade with the characteristics of meridian acceleration. At the inlet, a streamlined bell-shaped silencer is connected to the air duct to form a whole, equipped guide vanes, which has a good airflow distribution, stable pressure, and a motor with high temperature resistance is used, equipped with a special motor cooling system, which can operate for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 300°C medium temperature, and operate continuously for 20 hours/time under 100C temperature conditions without damage. It can be used for ventilation and smoke exhaust.
The fan is divided into 24 specifications according to the model number, from 2***-14A. The series air volume range is from 450-135000m3/h, and the full pressure range is from50-1900pa. In order to meet the needs of users for performance regulation under different working conditions, the fan is equipped with a double-speed motor on basis of the original, which can be adjusted in two gears; it can also be equipped with a frequency conversion motor and a frequency conversion controller to achieve stepless speed regulation, and is recommended to adjust the frequency between 25Hz-50Hz.
