Glass fiber reinforced plastic negative pressure tank, vacuum siphon tank, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistance for chemical plants
Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) vacuum tank is a lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant composite material container made of high-quality resin as the matrix and glass fiber as the reinforcement material, using advanced winding technology. It is specially designed to withstand negative pressure (vacuum) environments, with the characteristics of good sealing, high design flexibility, and long service life. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, environmental protection, food, pharmaceutical, etc. for vacuuming, concentration, and material storage.
The main characteristics of fiberglass vacuum tanks are:
Excellent corrosion resistance: able to safely handle and store various corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc.
High strength and lightweight: With high mechanical strength, it is close to carbon steel in some aspects, but only weighs as much as carbon steel
Transportation and installation are very convenient.
Excellent negative pressure performance: Through unique structural design and reinforced design, it can effectively overcome the risk of collapse under vacuum negative pressure.
