GRP Buried Municipal Sewage Pipe Installation, Quick and Easy Maintenance
GRP buried municipal sewage pipe installation, quick and easy maintenance
GRP pipeline is a lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant non-metallic composite material pipeline based on resin and reinforced with glass fiber. It is widely used in fields such as petrochemicals, municipal water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation, and ventilation systems. GRP pipes are mainly made through winding technology, and their pipe wall structure is often reinforced with quartz sand as a sand layer to enhance rigidity. As a high-performance composite material pipeline, it has the following core characteristics: Excellent corrosion resistance: Its chemically inert material can resist the erosion of most acids, alkalis, salts, seawater, and chemical fluids without the need for a cathode Main molding process: The mainstream production process is computer-controlled fiber winding technology. On the rotating core mold, the inner lining layer and the winding structure layer are sequentially made, and a mortar mixed with resin and quartz sand is laid in it to form a sand layer, and finally the outer protective layer is wrapped. GRP key raw materials: mainly including resin (such as food grade resin used for drinking water transportation),
glass fiber (continuous fiber and short cut felt), and quartz sand. Standardized product specifications: Diameter range: DN100mm to DN4000mm. Pressure rating: covering multiple levels such as 0.1MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.0MPa, 2.5MPa, etc. Stiffness level: Common ones include SN1250, SN2500, SN5000, SN10000, etc., to adapt to different burial depths and load requirements. Single length: usually 6 meters or 12 meters, reducing the number of connection points and improving the overall sealing and installation efficiency of the pipeline. Main application areas and comprehensive advantages Widely applicable fields: With its characteristics, fiberglass pipes have penetrated into multiple industrial and municipal fields. Petrochemical industry: transporting various corrosive chemical media. Municipal water management system: used for drinking water transmission trunk lines, sewage collection and discharge, rainwater pipelines, and reclaimed water reuse. Agricultural irrigation: used as irrigation pipes. Electricity and Industry: Used for power plant circulating water systems, process pipelines, and ventilation ducts for corrosive waste gas emissions.
