The FRP desulfurization spray layer is the core component of flue gas desulfurization systems in power plants, steel and chemical industries. It uses corrosion-resistant FRP pipes and achieves efficient coverage of desulfurization slurry through special nozzles. Its design is generally 3-6 layers with a spacing of 1.5-2.5 meters between layers. Spiral or hollow cone nozzles are used, combined with single-layer nozzles with a spacing of 0.7-1.2 meters, to ensure efficient desulfurization efficiency.   Characteristics and design details of fiberglass desulfurization spray layer: Material characteristics: Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and lightweight and high-strength properties, making it particularly suitable for long-term flushing environments with desulfurization slurries. Structural layout: The distribution of spray layers should take into account both coverage and uniformity. Usually, a 3-6 layer design is used to achieve the best washing effect. Layer spacing and spacing: The layer spacing is controlled between 1.5-2.5 meters, and the spacing between single-layer nozzles is usually 0.7-1.2 meters to ensure sufficient contact between the flue gas and the slurry. Nozzle selection: use efficient hollow cone or spiral nozzle, spray angle is usually 90-120 degrees, which can maximize the slurry coverage area.
