Design and customization of chemical high-level tank water seal tank for fiberglass measuring tank
Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) measuring tank is a non-metallic lightweight high-strength container made by using glass fiber as a reinforcing agent and resin as an adhesive, and controlled by a microcomputer winding process. It has excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight and high strength, and strong designability (configurable level gauges, etc.), mainly used for precise storage and measurement of liquids or solids in industries such as chemical, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, and food, gradually replacing traditional carbon steel and stainless steel materials.
Product Features
Strong corrosion resistance: able to resist corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents, especially suitable for measuring acidic and alkaline liquids.
But its mechanical strength is close to or exceeds that of carbon steel.
High design flexibility: The tank can be designed according to specific media and process requirements, and can be equipped with scales, remote level gauges, etc. to achieve precise measurement.
