Chemical fiberglass mixing tank, finished GRP storage tank, small wastewater tank
Fiberglass mixing tank is a composite material mixing equipment made of glass fiber as a reinforcing agent and resin as a binder, which has excellent corrosion resistance and lightweight high strength characteristics.
Main features and advantages
Strong corrosion resistance: Fiberglass materials can withstand corrosion from various acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents, which is the main reason for their wide application in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical.
Lightweight and High Strength: The density ranges from 1.5 to 2.0, about 1/4 to 1/5 of ordinary carbon steel, but the mechanical strength is very high, making it easy to transport and install.
High design flexibility: Made by winding machine controlled by microcomputer, the tank structure and performance can be flexibly designed according to different usage requirements and medium characteristics.
Low maintenance cost: No scale or rust will be generated, reducing maintenance requirements and related downtime costs.
