Core Functions Introduction
This device integrates multiple functions such as control, protection, synchronization, and load sharing, making it an "all-around" intelligent control unit.
Synchronization and Parallelization: Automatically controls the voltage and frequency of the generator set, achieving smooth grid connection with the power grid or other generator sets. Supports parallel operation of up to 32 units.
Load Sharing: When multiple units are connected in parallel, automatically and evenly distributes active and reactive power according to the capacity of each unit.
Generator Set Protection: Built-in multiple monitoring functions, including overvoltage/undervoltage, overfrequency/underfrequency, reverse power, overcurrent, phase imbalance, etc., ensuring generator safety.
Engine Management: Communicates directly with the engine ECU via CAN protocol (such as J1939) to monitor key parameters such as oil pressure and water temperature, and control start/stop sequences.
LogicsManager™: Allows users to write simple logic controls according to specific needs, eliminating the need for an additional PLC in many cases.
User interface: Equipped with a backlit LCD screen and soft buttons, it is convenient for on-site operators to monitor data and manually switch modes (such as manual/automatic/trial operation).
