Production Line Overview
This production line is used for the automatic production of graphite bipolar plates, which are the core components of hydrogen fuel cells. It can be compatible with products of various sizes. The production process includes using robots for plate stacking, imported screw valves for dispensing, and airtightness testing to ensure the consistency and reliability of the products. The whole line is monitored by the MES system to achieve unmanned and fully automatic production, and the production process parameters are traceable.

• Airtightness test accuracy: ±(0.8% reading + 0.2% full scale)
• Simple and convenient maintenance: When the equipment alarms, the system prompts the problems that occur in the machine and the troubleshooting methods.
• Digital and intelligent: Integrated communication with the MES system to provide production data analysis reports
