Production Line Overview

This production line includes processes such as fuel cell stack on - line, end plate sub - assembly, pipeline sub - assembly, air compressor assembly, circulation pump assembly, pipeline & system wiring harness assembly, accessory assembly, airtightness detection, power - on detection, etc., to complete the assembly and production of various components of the engine system. It is composed of standard workstations that meet ergonomic requirements, fuel cell stack on - line tooling, sub - assembly tables, airtightness testing, electrical performance testing and other parts.

The entire line is managed and controlled through the MES system. With on - line SOP kanban, data collection, data storage, data analysis and full - process traceability, digital and intelligent production is achieved.
