KQZL-1 Miniature Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System

The system mainly consists of a gaseous pollutant detection module, a particulate matter detection module, meteorological parameter sensors, a wireless communication module, and a power supply and management unit. Its monitoring parameters include sulfur dioxide (SO₂), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), carbon monoxide (CO), ozone (O₃), PM2.5, PM10, total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), temperature, humidity, wind direction, wind speed, air pressure, and rainfall.

The KQZL-1 Miniature Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System features a PP alloy cabinet with windproof, rainproof, and lightning protection capabilities, as well as thermal insulation and heat dissipation functions. Customizable silk-screen printing is available for an elegant appearance, making it suitable for industrial parks, road traffic areas, residential districts, commercial zones, etc.

The entire system can be mounted on a vertical pole or wall-mounted, enabling easy installation in any outdoor environment. The outer casing is of an explosion-proof design, while the internal structure adopts a modular layout—modules can be replaced when maintenance or repair is required. Since sensor modules have a relatively shorter service life compared with other components of the system and need regular replacement based on different types, a detachable module design is adopted to facilitate on-site replacement by professionals.
