1. Warranty Policy

Warranty period: A 12-month free warranty for the whole machine will be provided from the date when the equipment is installed, debugged and accepted at your company's site.

Warranty scope: Under normal use and maintenance conditions, in case of any damage to parts due to equipment design, materials or manufacturing processes, our company is responsible for free repair or replacement.

Non-warranty scope:

Normal wear and tear of vulnerable parts and consumables (e.g., grinding wheels, belts, guide wheels, etc.).

Failures caused by improper operation by the customer, unauthorized modification, accidents, force majeure or failure to perform daily maintenance according to the operating procedures.

On-site service response:

General failures: After receiving the customer's on-site service request, we will respond within 2 hours. Depending on the complexity of the fault and geographical location, we promise to dispatch professional engineers to the site within 48 hours.

Emergency/Severe failures: For severe failures that cause the equipment to stop completely, we provide urgent services and activate the "Green Channel" to ensure the fastest arrival at the site.

3. Regular Maintenance and Inspection

Paid inspection service: After the warranty period, we provide flexible regular inspection service packages. 4. Supply of Spare Parts
