It can grind all tooth profiles including the rake angle and clearance angle of alloy circular saw blades. A single machine can grind 30 - 50 alloy saw blades in 8 hours a day. It is a commonly used equipment for saw blade users and saw blade manufacturers. PLC control, color touch screen display. Flat - ladder teeth can be ground at one time, and the same tooth can be ground repeatedly for 2 - 3 times. The accuracy can be controlled within 0.03mm. It is easy to operate and learn. On the premise of grinding the saw blade sharp, it can also fully extend the service life of the saw blade. Each saw blade can be reused 20 - 30 times. The hydraulic system uses a 24V solenoid valve produced by Beijing Shida Company, is equipped with a 380V 1.5KW special hydraulic motor and a 20L special variable hydraulic pump, and is configured with a hydraulic stability system to ensure balanced hydraulic operation. The electrical part uses orthodox Schneider products.
