The ZHJ-2 is a vibration velocity sensor, with two coil assemblies rigidly fixed inside the sensor housing, and a magnetic steel suspended in the housing by a spring. When the sensor operates within its frequency range, the coils and the magnetic steel move relative to each other, the coils cut through the magnetic field lines, generating an induced electromotive force (induced voltage), and this voltage is proportional to the vibration velocity of the housing.

The ZHJ-2 Vibration Velocity Sensor - Hangzhen Brand uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert vibration signals into electrical signals. It mainly consists of a magnetic circuit system, coil assembly, spring damping, and other components. Two coil assemblies are rigidly fixed inside the sensor housing, while a permanent magnet is suspended by a spring within the housing. When the sensor operates within its frequency range, relative motion occurs between the coil and the magnet, causing the coil to cut through magnetic lines of force, generating an induced electromotive force (induced voltage), which is proportional to the vibration velocity of the housing.
