The SDJ-SG-2 two-wire vibration speed sensor uses the Hall effect principle. When a metal tooth passes in front of the Hall sensor, it causes a change in the magnetic field. The Hall element detects this change in the magnetic field and converts it into an alternating electrical signal. The circuit inside the sensor amplifies and shapes this signal, outputting a high-quality square pulse signal. It has a wider measurement frequency range, can measure zero speed, and provides more accurate and stable output signals. Additionally, it is easy to install and is widely used for measuring the rotational speed of vehicles, motors, fans, and turbines.

Using the Hall effect principle, when a metal tooth passes in front of the Hall sensor, it causes a change in the magnetic field. The Hall element detects this change and converts it into an alternating electrical signal. The built-in circuit of the sensor amplifies and shapes this signal, outputting a clean square pulse signal. This allows for a wider measurement frequency range, the ability to measure 0 speed, and a more accurate and stable output signal. Additionally, it is easy to install and is widely used for measuring the rotational speed of vehicles, motors, fans, and turbines.
