The CYQ-9350 piezoelectric vibration sensor is a micro transmitter developed for research and development, featuring a small and refined appearance. This series of integrated housing vibration transmitters consists of a piezoelectric sensing element and main circuits for measurement, conversion, integration, amplification, and transmission. All its parameters meet the requirements specified in ISO2954-1975 and GB13824-1992.
**Applications:** It can be widely used for bearing vibration measurement and real-time monitoring of pumps, fans, steam turbine units, coal mills, oxygen generators, generators, centrifuges, compressors, water pumps, and motors. It is also applicable for evaluating environmental vibration effects on equipment in underground pipelines, the automotive industry, and other fields.
This product is based on a piezoelectric accelerometer and features a built-in precision integration circuit, providing velocity output. It has advantages such as a wider response frequency range than electromagnetic velocity sensors (2Hz-4000Hz), greater durability of mechanical moving parts (service life up to 7 years), low sensor mass, and excellent dynamic characteristics.
The transmitter provides a 4-20mA current output corresponding to the measured value. It has wiring fault protection and offers excellent stability, reliability, and strong anti-interference capability.

**Accessories:**

(1) Installation location: Install vertically or horizontally on the measured vibration point, and fix it with the M10*1.5 thread at the bottom of the transmitter.
(2) Installation dimensions and specifications: Refer to the figure below (Installation and protection of the vibration transmitter). If the installation location of the transmitter is exposed to high-temperature steam or similar conditions, protective measures should be taken to reduce the ambient temperature of the transmitter. In general, protection may not be necessary.
1. The transmitter should be protected against severe collisions and impacts.
2. During transportation and storage, it should be placed in a dedicated packaging box.
