The RS485 vibration sensor is primarily designed for vibration detection and control in industrial, commercial, and general building applications. It is suitable for direct measurement of vibration safety and temperature rise safety of various large and medium-sized rotating machinery and moving equipment, such as fans, pumps, gear reducers, bearing housings, rolling friction components, etc. The integrated motor data collector is a small, fully encapsulated sensor device featuring 'vibration, temperature, and wired transmission.' It uses imported micro-mechanical processing technology from the United States to integrate sensors. The vibration electrical signal is processed through a band-pass filter, converter, amplifier, and true RMS converter to output the electrical signal to a high-performance data transmission module for storage and analysis by the upper-level system.

It converts the measured vibration signal into a standard 4-20mA current signal output, which can be sent to PLC, DCS, or DEH systems. This transmitter is compact, highly accurate, and easy to install.
Fault Monitoring: Monitors the vibration of rotating machinery, such as casing vibration, bearing vibration, and frame vibration; monitors vibration increases caused by rotor imbalance, misalignment, loose components, damaged rolling bearings, and damaged gears.
