N500 Integrated Vibration Measurement Sensor Probe

1. Overview
The HN500 integrated vibration transmitter combines a vibration velocity sensor, precision measurement circuit, and display circuit into one unit, achieving the functions of the traditional "sensor plus monitoring instrument" vibration measurement system. It is suitable for building cost-effective, high-precision vibration measurement systems. This transmitter can be directly connected to DCS, PLC, or other systems, making it an ideal choice for vibration measurement of factory equipment such as fans and pumps.

2. Installation Position: Install vertically or horizontally on the vibration measurement point, fixed with M10*1.5 or M10*1 screws at the bottom of the transmitter.

The HN500 vibration sensor is mainly used to monitor vibrations of rotating machinery, such as casing vibrations, bearing vibrations, and frame vibrations.

3. Applicable Equipment
Various rotating machinery such as fans, compressors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, hydro turbines, etc.

4. Probe Installation Requirements
Only a φ30mm platform with an M10 screw hole is needed on the machine casing to fix the probe; no internal machine adjustments are required.

5. Wiring Instructions
Connect the brown wire to the positive terminal of the DC24V power supply and the blue wire to the negative terminal. The brown and blue wires also serve as the 4–20mA output leads. Ensure that the connecting wires are well insulated and use two-core shielded cable.
