1. Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) Technology: MEMS technology is the key technology for manufacturing miniature, low-cost, and low-power sensor nodes. This technology is based on microscale mechanical processing techniques. MEMS sensor manufacturers can produce various electromechanical components and complex micro-electromechanical systems through highly integrated processes. The factors influencing LoRaWAN positioning accuracy mainly include GPS reception quality, gateway deployment strategy and density, the algorithm used for positioning, and the accuracy of gateway time synchronization. Positioning accuracy can be improved by filtering the output of the positioning solver, increasing gateway deployment density, and reducing timestamp errors.
