Graphite anti-corrosion electric heating plate + multi-hole support for chemical laboratories
Features: The surface is coated with Teflon anti-corrosion coating, resistant to strong corrosion.
Operating temperature: Room temperature to 220℃.
Advantages: Rapid heating, uniform heating (the temperature difference from the center to the periphery does not exceed 3 - 5℃), effectively ensuring sample consistency.
Applications: Specifically designed for sample pretreatment in chemical laboratories, suitable for heating digestion, evaporation, concentration and other experiments in corrosive environments such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents.
- Evaporation and concentration: Remove solvents (such as acid removal and evaporation of organic solvents).
- Isothermal reaction: Conduct chemical reactions under controllable temperature conditions.
- Sample digestion, drying, boiling, etc.
Customizable services:
1. In addition to the standard sizes, the electric heating plate can also be customized according to the size of the fume hood.
2. The hole positions of the support can be designed according to experimental requirements, and can be adapted to different specifications of beakers, crucibles, sample dissolution tanks, digestion tubes and other vessels, improving experimental efficiency.
Experiments suitable for graphite anti-corrosion electric heating plate:
(1) Environmental monitoring (soil, water quality, solid waste analysis)
- Heavy metal detection (ICP-MS/AAS): Used for acid digestion of samples such as soil and sewage (e.g., standard methods such as EPA 3050B, 3051).
(2) Food and drug testing
- Food heavy metal detection (GB 5009 series): Digest lead, cadmium, arsenic, etc. in food samples (such as rice and seafood).
(3) Chemical engineering and materials science
- Material pretreatment under strong acid or strong alkali conditions.
(4) Geology and metallurgy
- Precious metal/alloy digestion: Dissolve refractory samples with mixed acids (HNO₃ + HCl + HF).
- Geological sample digestion: "Isotope analysis or trace element detection" of rocks, minerals, sediments, and paleontological fossils
