Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) frame-type propeller: Its structure combines the characteristics of the " frame-type agitator " and the " propeller-type agitator ", and the whole or the part in contact with the fluid is completely made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material.
Frame structure ——It has a contour similar to the shape of the container wall (such as oval or circular), can be close to the kettle wall, and plays the role of scraping the wall and promoting overall circulation.
Propeller blades ——Inside or at the center of the frame, there are propeller-like blades, which can generate a strong axial flow to achieve efficient mixing and mass transfer.
This combined structure enables it to achieve mixing in the whole kettle range and generate a strong axial circulation, avoiding dead corners in stirring.
Advantages of choosing PTFE material:
1. PTFE is resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, and organic solvents, including aqua regia and hydrofluoric acid.
2. PTFE has non-stick properties: The surface is smooth, and it is difficult for materials to adhere to it. It is easy to clean and can prevent high-viscosity or scale-prone materials from sticking to the wall.
3. PTFE has good temperature resistance and can be used in a wide temperature range from -190°C to +250°C.
4. The PTFE frame-type propeller (stirring paddle) produced by Nanjing Binzhenghong Instrument Co., Ltd. is made of high-purity materials and will not contaminate the stirred medium.
5. The PTFE material has a low content of metal ion impurities and is suitable for materials that need to avoid metal ion pollution.
The PTFE frame-type propeller (stirring paddle) is mainly used for processing materials with high corrosiveness, high purity, or materials that are not allowed to be polluted by metal ions. For example:
1. Stirring and mixing of highly corrosive media in chemical reactions;
2. Production of high-purity products in industries such as semiconductors, photovoltaics (polycrystalline silicon, monocrystalline silicon), pharmaceuticals (bulk drugs, injections), and high-end electronic chemicals (etching solutions, developing solutions, high-purity reagents);
3. As an upgraded replacement for enamel-lined agitators: Although enamel-lined equipment is also corrosion-resistant, its glass glaze surface is prone to damage due to thermal shock or mechanical impact. PTFE agitators have no such risk and better toughness;
4. Full synthesis of fine chemicals in the chemical industry, such as the fluorochemical industry.
