A device for taking liquid from large barrels (cans) —— Teflon Liquid Sampler/Sampling Device
It is convenient for quantitative sampling. The sampling process is closed, and the target sample is not exposed to the air, effectively reducing contamination.
All components are made of high-purity Teflon plastic, which is resistant to corrosion by strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents, can withstand high and low temperatures, has no precipitation, does not adsorb, has a smooth surface that is easy to clean, and can be reused.
The whole sampling device Design highlights :
1. It has the function of quantitative liquid taking. Each time, it can take 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 40ml, 50ml or other amounts, and customization is supported.
2. Specifically designed for sampling from large barrels or deep-mouth containers: The PFA delivery tube can be lengthened to easily extract the liquid at the bottom of the deep barrel. Different specifications of sealing caps can be customized to match sample bottles and sampling barrels of different calibers.
We can customize the supporting device according to requirements, Application industries :
1. Semiconductor manufacturing: Regular sampling and testing of high-purity wet electronic chemicals (etching solutions (BOE, phosphoric acid), developing solutions (TMAH), CMP slurries). Transportation and collection of ultrapure water (UPW), high-purity acids, etc., to reduce metal contamination during the process.
