Long-handled Teflon sampling cup (sampling spoon)
is a sampling tool designed for laboratories and industries in harsh chemical environments.
Made of high-quality "Teflon (PFA and PTFE)" materials and equipped with a long-handle design, it combines the excellent chemical inertness of Teflon materials with the safety and convenience of operation, making it an ideal choice for sampling highly corrosive and high-purity samples.

1. Excellent chemical stability
Corrosion resistance: Resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, it is a tool for taking corrosive liquids.
Low content of metal ion impurities: With a low background value, it does not release metal ions to contaminate samples, ensuring the accuracy of analysis results and is suitable for trace analysis.
Resistance to high and low temperatures: It can work continuously in the temperature range from -200℃ to +250℃. It can be used for sampling from liquid nitrogen as well as for sample extraction in high-temperature oil baths or environments.
2. Smooth surface and non-adsorption
Non-stickiness: It does not adhere to samples, is easy to clean, and facilitates pouring out viscous or easily crystallized samples, avoiding cross-contamination.
Hydrophobicity: It repels water and is non-wetting, suitable for taking water samples and organic solvents.

1. Sampling of corrosive liquids: Such as concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and strong alkali solutions.
2. Holding high-purity samples: Such as high-purity chemical reagents in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries.
3. Handling of high-temperature/low-temperature samples: Sampling from heated reaction liquids or low-temperature cooling liquids.
4. Trace analysis experiments: Used for holding samples in the pre-treatment of ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS, etc., to prevent metal contamination.
5. Sampling of viscous samples: Such as resins, oils, and slurries. Thanks to its non-stickiness, samples can be easily poured out.
