The PFA hydrogen fluoride distillation device is a corrosion-resistant distillation system specifically designed for the purification, recovery, or experimental research of high-purity hydrofluoric acid (HF) in the semiconductor, chemical, and scientific research fields.
PFA material has strong chemical inertness and can effectively avoid metal ion contamination, ensuring the safety of the distillation process and the acquisition of high-purity products.
Applicable media: Hydrofluoric acid, fluoride solutions, strong acids, strong alkalis, etc.
Features of the PFA hydrogen fluoride distillation device:
1. Super-strong corrosion resistance: PFA has excellent resistance to strongly corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and aqua regia. It does not swell or deteriorate after long-term use. Compared with glass, other ordinary plastics, or metal distillation devices, PFA will not introduce impurities due to HF corrosion.
2. High-purity guarantee: The surface of PFA is smooth, does not adsorb or contaminate the distillate, ensuring the high purity of hydrofluoric acid (up to electronic grade or semiconductor grade). It is suitable for the preparation of ultra-pure chemicals, such as high-purity HF used in the semiconductor industry.
3. Good temperature resistance: Suitable for the low-temperature distillation and high-temperature purification processes of hydrofluoric acid.
4. Transparent and visible, facilitating the observation of the distillation process, monitoring the liquid level and boiling state.
Application fields of the PFA hydrogen fluoride distillation device:
1. Semiconductor industry: Purification of high-purity hydrofluoric acid (electronic grade HF) for wafer cleaning and etching.
2. Chemical production: Synthesis and distillation of fluorine-containing compounds, hydrofluoric acid recovery, and waste acid regeneration, reducing processing costs.
