Die-casting Machine Material Spectrometer Configuration and Features

1. The specially designed vacuum optical chamber can measure the contents of C, P, S in non-metallic elements and various alloy elements. The measurement results are accurate, with excellent reproducibility and long-term stability.

2. The structural design of the vacuum optical chamber makes the volume of the vacuum chamber smaller, and the vacuum pumping speed is less than half of that of ordinary spectrometers. Separating the entrance window from the vacuum chamber makes the daily cleaning and maintenance of the entrance window convenient and fast.

3. The optical system automatically scans the spectral lines and calibrates the optical path automatically to ensure the correctness of spectral line reception and eliminate the cumbersome peak scanning work.

4. The design of the excitation table and the argon gas circuit greatly reduces the consumption of argon. The flexible sample clamp design meets the analysis needs of samples of various shapes and sizes at the customer's site.

5. Multi-matrix analysis can be realized without adding hardware facilities. Compared with photomultiplier tube spectrometers, it can greatly reduce the customer's usage cost and expand the usage scope.

6. It adopts the internationally advanced jet electrode technology. In the excitation state, an argon jet airflow will be formed around the electrode, so that the area around the excitation point will not contact with the outside air during the excitation process, improving the excitation accuracy.

7. The dedicated spectral operation software is fully compatible with the Windows system. At the same time, various language versions can be provided according to customer needs. The software is easy to operate. Even personnel without any spectrometer knowledge or operation experience can start using it after simple training.

8. It uses high-performance FPGA, DSP, and ARM processors, with ultra-high-speed data acquisition and analysis functions, and can automatically monitor and control the operating conditions of modules such as the optical chamber temperature, vacuum degree, argon pressure, and excitation light source in real-time.

9. The fully digital plasma excitation light source releases ultra-stable energy to excite samples in an argon environment. The fully digital excitation pulse ensures ultra-high resolution and high-stable output of the plasma energy of the excited samples, meeting the excitation requirements of various materials.

10. The sample excitation table uses a copper spark table base and a tungsten electrode; the copper spark table base provides good heat dissipation and firmness for the excitation table. At the same time, the long service life and high-temperature resistance of the tungsten electrode also improve the excitation performance; the self-purging function design of the electrode creates a good environment for excitation and makes it easier to clean the electrode of the excitation table.
