The AA2630 atomic absorption spectrometer, which perfectly combines high automation and high reliability, can meet all the requirements of modern analysis. It uses a PC to automatically control the instrument and process data. The integrated structure design of the flame atomizer and the graphite furnace atomizer allows automatic switching between the two. The eight-lamp automatic switching turret automatically adjusts the power supply and optimizes the beam position. It pre-sets the working conditions of the hollow cathode lamp for easy multi-element detection. It has automatic flow setting, automatic ignition, and automatic flameout protection. It automatically adjusts the negative high voltage and lamp current. It automatically sets the flame height and the position of the atomizer and selects the analysis conditions to ensure reliable analysis results. It automatically switches the spectral bandwidth, with five automatically selectable levels of 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 1.0, and 2.0nm. It automatically controls the wavelength scanning, automatically searches for peaks, and quickly scans and locates the entire band. It completes automatic zero adjustment within 30 seconds, automatically sets the gas flow, and automatically selects the fuel-to-oxidant ratio for element analysis. The advanced and reliable safety protection system protects the safety of operators. The reliable position recognition system monitors the cooling water flow, flame, and abnormal pressure in real-time, which not only ensures the safety of the machine but also the safety of operators. In case of an accident, the water, electricity, and gas are automatically shut off. It can be optionally equipped with a hydride generator. The optical system has excellent quality and a suspended design. Vibration and changes in the ambient temperature do not affect the stability of the instrument. It has strong light energy and extremely high stability. The newly designed flame atomizer and the ultra-high-sensitivity graphite furnace can automatically optimize the temperature rise program through PC control throughout the whole process.
