1. Detection speed:
Usually, starting from weighing, the detection of the eight conventional components (CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, MgO, TiO2, K2O, Na2O) in 2 - 4 samples can be completed within 3 hours, and the analysis of other elements can be completed within 4 - 6 hours.
2. Measurement error:
The analysis accuracy of each element meets the allowable error specified in the relevant national standard analysis methods. For ceramic materials, refer to GB/T4734 (specific parameters are shown in Appendix 23), and for refractory materials, refer to GB/T6900 (specific parameters are shown in Appendix 24). For the allowable error of high-silicon, high-aluminum or other high-content components without national standards, refer to the error specified in the Al2O3 item of GB/T6900 or the industry standard.
