For the joint measurement of multiple samples: silicon, aluminum, iron, titanium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, boron, barium, lead, zinc, zirconium, lithium, manganese, chromium, nickel, cobalt, phosphorus, tin, vanadium, tungsten, molybdenum, etc. It is widely used in the quantitative analysis of non-metallic industries in fields such as cement plants, refractory material plants, ceramic raw material plants, electrical porcelain plants, glaze factories, glass factories, daily-use and architectural ceramic plants, mines, universities, scientific research institutions, and quality inspection departments.        It has six high-speed measurement channels, and the channels automatically suck and drain liquid, which can realize the rapid and synchronous measurement of six elements, greatly shortening the measurement time. It is specially optimized for the quantitative analysis of chemical components in non-metallic industries such as the ceramic industry, refractory materials, and a wide variety of inorganic non-metallic minerals, as well as non-ferrous metals such as tungsten, molybdenum, nickel, cobalt, and copper and the smelting industry. 1. Detection speed:

Usually, starting from weighing, the detection of eight conventional components (CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, MgO, TiO2, K2O, Na2O) in 2 - 4 samples can be completed within 3 hours, and the analysis of other elements can be completed within 4 - 6 hours.

2. Measurement error:

    The analysis accuracy of each element meets the allowable error specified in the relevant national standard analysis methods. For ceramic materials, refer to GB/T4734 (specific parameters see Appendix 23), and for refractory materials, refer to GB/T6900 (specific parameters see Appendix 24). For the allowable error of high-silicon, high-aluminum or other high-content components without national standards, refer to the error specified in the Al2O3 item of GB/T6900 or industry standards.
