Nanjing Mingrui MR-CS-2F Steel Grade Analyzer for Checkered Steel Plates ，with full Chinese operating software on the computer, which is easy to operate and master. It provides a sample management function, allowing you to edit the sample name and label, and add or delete sample names. There is one curve frame for each of the carbon and sulfur functions, dynamically displaying real-time data during the analysis process and the release curves of carbon and sulfur. It is used to analyze the content of elements such as manganese, phosphorus, silicon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, titanium, aluminum, copper, iron, tin, lead, rare earth, and magnesium in materials such as steel and its alloys, non-ferrous metals and their alloys (aluminum alloys, copper alloys, magnesium alloys, zinc alloys, etc.), and ores. It consists of an arc infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer, a multi-element analyzer, a computer, an electronic balance, and a printer. It uses an arc burning furnace to burn the sample and the infrared absorption method to test the mass fraction of carbon and sulfur in the sample; the photoelectric colorimetric analysis method is used to determine elements such as manganese (Mn), silicon (Si), and phosphorus (P). This equipment is a combined testing device, consisting of two parts: the MR-CS992 arc infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer and the MR-RSF multi-element analyzer, which are independently produced by our company, Nanjing Mingrui Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. Analysis time: Adjustable from 25 to 60 seconds, generally 35 seconds
Electronic balance: You can choose electronic balances of different brands, which can be automatically connected to the computer to achieve non-quantitative sample weighing.
Main features:
It uses an arc furnace to burn the sample and the infrared absorption method to test the mass fraction of carbon and sulfur in the sample. Only gas passes through, and no chemical reagent solutions are required, avoiding problems such as corrosion of the instrument and the instrument malfunction caused by improper operation that allows liquid to enter the solenoid valve, sensor, etc. The operation is simpler, the speed is faster, the measurement range is wider, and the instrument is more stable.

1. Fully Chinese interface of WIN XP, easy to operate and master
2. Using serial port connection for communication, it is more stable and faster than USB port
3. Provides curve management function. Element curves can be added, deleted and edited by yourself without quantity limitation
4. Provides sample management function. You can edit the sample name and label, and add and delete sample names
5. Query the analysis results at will. You can query according to multiple aspects such as time, operator, sample name, and label
6. Automatically collect the zero point and automatically track the full scale
