       It uses an arc combustion furnace to burn samples and the infrared absorption method to test the mass fractions of carbon and sulfur in the samples; the photoelectric colorimetric analysis method is used to determine elements such as manganese (Mn), silicon (Si), and phosphorus (P). This equipment is a combined testing device, consisting of two parts: the MR-CS992 Type Arc Infrared Carbon-Sulfur Analyzer and the MR-RSF Type Multi-Element Analyzer independently produced by our company, Nanjing Mingrui Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. Customers can choose according to their needs.

       It is operated by computer software and equipped with an electronic balance for non-quantitative sample weighing. The analysis results can be stored for a long time. It can detect the contents of elements such as carbon, sulfur, manganese, phosphorus, silicon, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, and copper in materials such as plain carbon steel, high, medium, and low alloy steels, pig iron, cast iron, alloy cast iron, stainless steel, tool steel, die steel, spring steel, high-speed steel, ductile iron, and various ores. It consists of an arc infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer, a multi-element analyzer, a computer, an electronic balance, and a printer.
