Cylinder Keyway Broaching Machine is a servo-motor and ball screw rod driving broaching machine, specially designed for processing the keyway on lock cylinder core or padlock rotors, for I-shaped-keys, S- shaped-keys and computer keys.
It has 4 vibrating feeders, 4 discharging chutes, double-side fixtures, each fixture can process 2 cores, each side can process different keyway by different type of segments. Segments move, fixtures don’t move, cores are held by fixtures. One cycle trip can processing 4 cores.
