Automatic Multi-station padlock polishing MACHINE is designed to polishing surfaces of the padlock body.
It has multi-stations, can automatically polish surfaces of the padlock body after assembly.
Multi Manipulators transfer the padlock from one station to next station and turn over for another surface polishing. Processing steps include bar stacker feeding, polishing of bottom surface, polishing of side surface, polishing of edges, heavy polishing arc face, fine polishing arc face, automatic unloading to round stock pan through a belt conveyor.
