TRICONEX 3625A Redundant (TMR) Digital Output Module
TRICONEX 3625A is an industrial-grade high-performance Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) digital output module, serving as a core component of TRICONEX Tricon and Trident series fault-tolerant Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). Its core function is to convert control logic instructions of the safety system into discrete digital output signals, driving on-site actuators (such as solenoid valves, relays, motors) to achieve on-off control. It ensures the safety and reliability of output signals through TMR architecture and 2-out-of-3 voting mechanism, with channel-level diagnosis and electrical isolation capabilities. Complying with IEC 61508 standard and Safety Integrity Level 3 (SIL 3) certification, it is a key execution unit for safety interlocking and emergency control in high-risk industrial scenarios.
