Bently Nevada 3500/22M is a high-performance vibration monitoring module in the field of industrial rotating machinery condition monitoring, core compatible with the 3500 Machinery Protection System. It undertakes vibration signal acquisition, real-time analysis and safety interlock functions for key rotating equipment such as steam turbines, generators and compressors. The module adopts a differential input design, supports vibration acceleration, velocity and displacement parameter measurement, and has built-in alarm and trip logic compliant with API 670 standard. It features channel-level fault self-diagnosis and redundant configuration capabilities, and can directly connect to eddy current sensors and velocity sensors. Data upload and remote control are realized through the 3500 system backplane bus, serving as a core monitoring component to ensure the safe and stable operation of rotating equipment in power, petrochemical and other industries.
