Bently Nevada 3500/15 is a core speed monitoring and overspeed protection module of the 3500 Machinery Protection System, specifically designed for critical rotating equipment such as steam turbines, generators and compressors. Adopting a dual-channel redundant architecture, the module undertakes real-time speed acquisition, overspeed threshold judgment and safety interlock output functions, supporting the access of magnetic sensors, proximity probes and optical encoders. It has built-in alarm and trip logic compliant with API 670 standard, realizes data upload and remote configuration through the 3500 system backplane bus, and features comprehensive self-diagnosis capability. It is a key protection component to ensure the overspeed prevention and stable operation of industrial rotating equipment.
