Product DescriptionS-073N 3BHB009884R0021 is an industrial-grade standard high-voltage phase module developed by ABB for medium and high-voltage drive systems, core compatible with ABB ACS6000 series medium and high-voltage inverters and industrial drive equipment. Adopting Thyristor (SCR) semiconductor switching technology, the module’s core function is to realize precise conversion from direct current to alternating current, regulating output phase, frequency and voltage amplitude to ensure efficient energy transmission and low harmonic pollution. Complying with IEC 60947-5-1 international standards, the module features a modular architecture design that supports online hot-swapping and redundant configuration, withstands medium and high-voltage working conditions and harsh industrial environments, and serves as a key power electronic component to ensure stable operation of systems in scenarios such as medium and high-power motor drive and power system regulation.
