The PT500Plus Parallel shaft Gearbox Fault Mechanism Research simulation test bench is developed for data acquisition and analysis of rotor, gear transmission faults, faulty motor systems, and bearing faults. It can be flexibly configured with sensors for measuring vibration, noise, speed, torque, etc. It can simulate the transient process of speed increase and decrease of rotating machinery and the vibration state of steady-state operating conditions. When used in conjunction with data acquisition instruments and analysis software, fault feature analysis can be carried out to form a multi-purpose, comprehensive experimental system platform, providing a good test data analysis environment for gear transmission and bearing fault diagnosis.
