The PT400Pro Machine Vibration & Gearbox Simulator is designed to study the dynamic characteristics and fault mechanisms of rotor systems under variable operating conditions by simulating various operating conditions and fault states of rotating machinery.

- Faulty bearing simulation: Inner ring failure, Outer ring failure, rolling element failure, cage failure, combined bearing failure.

- Gear box failure gear simulation: missing teeth, broken teeth, wear, cracks.

- Belt wear fault simulation, rotor dynamic balancing.

- Common mechanical faults: Tests for mechanical loosening, shaft bending, friction, misalignment, etc.

- Identification of bearing failure frequency at different speeds.

- Test bench start-stop tests.

All of the above faults can be simulated for switching in a very short preparation time, and only an Allen wrench and an adjustable wrench are needed to set up the test bench faults. Vibration sensors (accelerometers) can be easily mounted on a steel bearing housing via a magnetic base or M6 screw hole.
