The PT300mini micro-vibration fault simulation demonstration bench is modularly designed and can be quickly adjusted to a simply supported rotor or cantilever rotor, single disc or double disc structure. Supports vibration acceleration sensor, photoelectric phase sensor, eddy current probe (shaft vibration and key phase) testing, with corresponding standard mounting screw holes and brackets. The test bench can simulate common machine failures such as: static, couple, dynamic unbalance and cantilever rotor unbalance, misalignment, loosening, bearing failure (outer ring, inner ring, rolling elements, wear loosening), eccentricity, resonance and other actual machine vibration problems. It can perform various dynamic balance tests such as single-sided, double-sided, and cantilever, as well as knocking, start-stop tests, etc.
